Journal of Activist Neuroaesthetics

Established in 1997 by Warren Neidich and Nathalie Anglés, Journal of Neuroaesthetics was the first online forum of its kind to engage the works and ideas of artists of all disciplines in the emerging field of neuroaesthetics. In celebration of the 25th anniversary of artbrain.org, Activist Neuroaesthetics was a festival of events in Berlin over the course of 2021 and marked a transition to the Journal of Activist Neuroaesthetics with Issue #11 in 2026.
